10. Fly as Much as Possible
Exposure therapy is the idea that you can overcome your phobia by exposing yourself to it frequently until your brain becomes less sensitized to the triggers that set you off. Every flight you take, even if it is only a short one, will make the next one easier.
If you aren’t ready to start flying yet, start by just hanging out in the airport. If you can feel relaxed and at ease in this environment, then you are one step closer to getting on a plane.
