4. Don’t Skip Your Meals
Sometimes when you’re traveling, you might stay put in one place for more than a week, making it easy to create a routine. Other times, you have such a packed itinerary that you don’t even remember whether you’re in Laos or Vietnam.
In those situations, it’s common to skip main meals and just make-do with snacks or junk food. The problem is that if you keep doing this, you won’t be getting all the nutrients your body needs to function properly. Before you know it, you’ll get ill and start feeling sorry for yourself.
