Hiking is another great way to exercise while doing something fun. If you’re staying somewhere with easy access to the countryside or a national park, you can probably find exciting walks to go on.
For example, you have the Tongariro Crossing in New Zealand, or the Camino de Santiago in Spain. But if you’re in an urban setting, don’t worry, you can always find an interesting route to go jogging on every morning.
