Ramla Bay Beach, Gozo, Malta
Malta is a highly-underrated tourist destination with its astonishing landscapes, balmy temperatures, and vibrant culture. On top of all that, it’s also home to Ramla Bay Beach on the Island of Gozo, which is just a short ferry ride away from the main Island of Malta. Ramla Bay is famous for its beautiful golden-red sands, and the rare flora and fauna that live around the fiery dunes. On it you can relax in the sun or go for an adventure to Calypso’s Cave, which is said to be the same cave described in Homer’s Odyssey in which Ulysses spent 7 years living with the nymph Calypso.
