The addition of bike lines in downtown Toronto has helped with congestion, but it has created a new problem since bicyclists and drivers still don’t know how to share the road. Construction for the 2015 Pan Am Games has also majorly slowed traffic in the downtown core, and those who try to avoid high-traffic areas by taking public transit are often foiled by streetcar jams.
