Budapest is renowned for its thermal baths. Relaxation in the warm and clear waters is one of the city’s main attractions. Szechenyi baths are some of the oldest in the city and also the cleanest and most hospitable, in my opinion. They can mislead once you get here, but all you have to do is to take a towel, rent a locker (in which you’ll put your clothes) and be careful not to lose the key!

It features three indoor pools, depending on how hot you like the water to be. You will find a sauna and other psycho-therapeutic options and facilities. The experience that the both of you will enjoy is not limited to the bath itself — the building deserves to be admired for its enchanting decor and impressive scenery. Built in 1913, it is a perfect example of neo-classical architecture.
