Island of the Dolls

If you like doll heads hanging from trees, then you’ll absolutely love Mexico’s Island of Dolls. 50 years ago, a little girl drowned in the area. The man claimed that he could hear the little girl screaming in the woods and, in order to appease her, he began roping up dolls and hanging them from trees.

The man has since died but the dolls are still there, drawing thousands of tourists per year to the tormented (and creepy) forest.
