7. Glacier National Park
America’s most-visited natural park is currently at risk because of increased global temperatures, which has nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts flocking to this destination. Located in Montana, the national park spans about 1,500 square miles of awe-inspiring valleys and mountains, as well as over 700 miles of trails for hikers to dive right into.
The incredible views are mostly thanks to the glaciers that move throughout the mountains; however, thanks to climate change, these have reduced significantly. With once 150 glaciers throughout the park, the spot only now has 25. In fact, there are many that believe it will only take several decades or so for the last of the glaciers to melt.
