Located in the Bermondsey area of London, a former warehouse district turned indie playground, the Bermondsey Distillery is the home of Jensen’s Gin, a new company producing gin using historic methods and recipes. They have two gins, the Jensen’s Bermondsey Dry Gin, which is in the style of a London Dry, and Jensen’s Old Tom gin, which was taken straight from an 1840s distiller’s recipe book. They’re such a small company that they don’t have regular organized tours, but they welcome visitors who want to drop by.
