This small restaurant is well-known to locals, who visit Trattoria Bertozzi for exemplary Bolognese cuisine. Their wine list is huge, and their main dishes are definitely praise-worthy, but most people come here for their pasta.

Their house specialty is a type of noodle known as gramigna, which looks like an elongated piece of macaroni. The Bertozzi chefs dress theirs with saffron and Parmesan cream sauce, guanciale, and zucchini. The dish is then smothered in flaked Parmesan tableside. The resulting sauce is light, with a hint of heft from the guanciale and saffron.
