Churchill Museum and Cabinet War Rooms – London, England

Another museum that’s administrated by the Imperial War Museums archives is the Churchill Museum and Cabinet War Rooms. The entire museum is contained in a WWII-era bunker, which was used by Churchill and his cabinet for strategy meetings during the days of the blitz in London, and has been faithfully restored by archivists.

You’ll be able to see exactly what it was like to live and work in London during the war. It’s only a stone’s throw away from 10 Downing Street, the British Prime Minister’s official office and residence. Entrance costs the same as the main Imperial War Museum, $23 per adult.
