2. Iguazu Falls – Argentina/Brazil
Iguazu, meaning “great waters” in the native guarani language, is situated in Iguazu National Park. Here visitors can view 270 different falls that scatter in a half moon configuration from cliffs and islets. On the trails of footbridges, you can choose the upper path or the lower path. The lower path will take you to the base of the falls where you can enjoy the spray of falling water on your face. On the upper path, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding scenery.
