Biomuseo
The Gehry-designed multicolor museum is a spectacle celebrating the wonderful biodiversity of Panama, and its contribution to the world’s ecology.
While not quite completed, the museum is open to the public for the hefty fee of $22 per ticket. Featuring many interesting exhibits, ranging from static wall information to huge life-size displays of ancient animals to 360 degree immersive videos, the Biomuseo is one of the most interesting biodiversity displays in the world. Exhibits are usually in both English and Spanish, but an audio English handset tour is available for free – so no worries if you can’t speak Spanish!
