14. Qahwa Helw – Qatar

Qahwa Helw is a special type of coffee served in Qatar. It’s infused with cardamom, cloves, saffron, and, most importantly, oranges. It means “sweet coffee” and it’s usually drunken with milk and on special occasions.

It must be noted that you have to be very lucky to be invited to one of the “special occasions”, as Qahwa Helw is not commonly sold in normal coffee shops.
