5. Death of a Roommate

This story involves roommates in college who are in the same science class. The teacher reminds them of their exam the next day. So while one roommate decides to stay home and study, the other decides she’ll head out for a date with a hot guy and cram for the test the next day.

The party-goer comes back to her dorm at 2 in the morning, doesn’t turn on the light, and goes straight to bed and wakes up early. As she goes to wake up her friend, she finds her dormmate slaughtered in her bed, with “aren’t you glad you didn’t turn on the light?” written on the wall.
