We should hope that the city in charge of running the whole country is full of smart people! Lucky for all of us, DC’s citizens are major overachievers. More than 48% of adults there are college educated while almost 22% have earned a graduate or professional degree.

Also is it just us, or does everyone in Washington love jogging? Do they run because they’re smart or are they smart because they run? We’ll never know, because we’d probably have to start jogging to find out.
