America has the statue of liberty, Golden Gate Bridge and Central Park. Our Australian friends couldn’t be bothered with going to all the trouble of designing and building a masterpiece, so instead they wandered into the hottest part of their country (the middle), pointed at a big red rock and named it their main landmark. Ladies and gentlemen, we give you “Uluru” (or Ayers Rock as it was formerly known).
