Asia leads the pack this year with countries like Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Myanmar now opening their doors to visitors after years of isolation due to war and politics. Additional vacation destinations of these sorts increasing in popularity include Iceland, Croatia, and Panama.
