In Finland, people love the traditional Finnish cheese leipajuusto so much that they’ve started not only eating it alongside their coffee, but putting it in the bottom of their coffee cups and pouring hot coffee on top. Finns seem to love the combination of strong coffee and sweet, squeaky cheese.

Although the cheese is made from curdled milk and baked until browned all over, the taste of the cheese is overall quite mild, and complements the coffee nicely.
