The World in Egg Dishes

Eggs Benedict
Eggs Benedict is a distinctly American dish that originated in New York City. It’s made of poached eggs, served on a slice of ham (or Canadian bacon) on top of an English muffin, and covered in Hollandaise sauce.
There are plenty of different variations. It seems like every brunch place does their own version, but the poached egg and Hollandaise are mandatory.
