Tallarin Saltado
If you think that noodle dishes are only found in Asia then think again. Tallarin saltado comes from Peru, and mixes Cantonese and Peruvian elements into one dish.
Tallerin saltado is made with noodles that look similar to linguine, with a whole bunch of other ingredients added to the mix. These include tomatoes, ginger, green onion, garlic, and beef. It is all quickly stir fried to retain flavor and crunch. The dish is then sprinkled with cilantro for a slightly peppery kick.
