10. Omelets and frittatas
Any meal that include eggs means you’ve already got your protein covered, the rest is up to your imagination. Cheese and tomato omelet with a bit of oregano? Yum! Or maybe mushroom, bacon, and onions? My goodness!
Frittata is like the omelet’s fancy cousin; it’s pretty much the same idea, but you’re allowed to add starchy vegetables, and even pasta. And don’t worry if you don’t have an oven, as long as you have a pan with a lid, you’ll be all right.
