There are too many options
In Thailand, it’s common to see Italian, American, German, Swedish, Chinese, and Thai all on one menu. If a restaurant is preparing that many types of food, do you think any are edible? Probably not. The spaghetti is most likely rice noodles squirted with ketchup and the wiener schnitzel is a frozen ground veal patty with a hints of freezer burn. I bet even their Thai food will induce projectile vomiting.
