This Bavarian white sausage is made mainly from veal with the inclusion of some pork for that extra flavor kick. The sausage is typically served with mustard and a soft pretzel. While it pairs great with beer, most Germans eat weisswurst in the morning. But then again, who’s afraid of a little morning drinking?
