15 Ways to Deal with Travel Burnout
| January 15, 2018
5. Don’t Overplan Everything
It can be stressful to travel like you’re planning your best friend’s wedding. Imagine a day where you’ll visit two different museums in the morning, have lunch at a popular restaurant, go to the square and the park in the afternoon, have dinner at a pizza place, and watch a light display in the evening before going out for a drink.
If you do that the entire week, you’ll go crazy, especially if something goes wrong and wrecks the schedule. You should always have “do nothing” days in case an amazing opportunity comes up.
