No matter where in the world you are, there’s always something interesting to learn. The obvious choice is to study the local language, but you can also learn about cooking, dancing, or even yoga and meditation.
When you join a course, apart from learning a new skill, you’ll probably create a new circle of friends with similar interests. This group of people might eventually become the community you needed to feel better.
