9. Avoid Stressful Situations
If you have problems dealing with trip planning, it might be a good idea to let someone do it for you. That’s one of the reasons people book group tours or stay in all-inclusive resorts, just so they can have a care-free trip.
Likewise, if you’re going to travel to a dangerous or extremely poor country and you think you don’t have enough experience to do that, use a travel agency. Worrying about your safety or dealing with bureaucracy can quickly become stressful.
