7. Create a Daily Routine
Traveling for a long period of time can be extremely liberating, but too much freedom might not always be good for you. When you don’t have a routine, you can end up wasting time making unnecessary decisions every day or being stuck with too many choices.
A good place to start is by going to sleep at the same time every night to keep your body on the same schedule. You should also exercise in the morning, even if it’s just a 10-minute jog or yoga session, so you are refreshed before having a nutritious breakfast.
