Tanzania
At 19,341 feet, Mount Kilimanjaro is the tallest peak in Africa and is not a trek for the faint of heart or the young of age. That’s just one of the many amazing things you can do in Tanzania. You can also take a balloon ride over Serengeti National Park and watch the Great Migration, visit the palm tree-lined beaches of Zanzibar and play with the chimpanzees of Gombe Stream National Park. Tanzania also happens to be one of the best places to see what hunters call the Big Five: the lion, the elephant, the buffalo, the rhino and the leopard. Maybe it’s not the safest country for babies.
