The Donauturm is the tallest structure in the country and, as I mentioned above, a place that will clear your mind and open your eyes. I’ll start by telling you why I chose this place, in spite of being one of the bigger tourist attractions in Wien.

Well, the cool thing about it is that even if it gets visited by a significant number of tourists, it isn’t as crowded as you’d expect it to be. On the contrary – there’s a limited number of people that go up each time and they usually come here to stay quiet, relax and enjoy the unique scenery. Oh, and also take pictures – this is an ideal spot for taking pictures. So we don’t have crowds, we don’t have noise, no waiting in lines and an amazing 360° view over Vienna – point proven!
