7 Fairytale Places in Copenhagen
6.Kongens Have – walking through the gardens of a king.
It’s not so easy to get rid of the royal feeling all of a sudden, so the traveler was determined to stick to it a little longer, walking through the gardens of a king – the Kongens Have. Yes, the crown stays!
Copenhagen has plenty of green oases which are highly treasured not only by our main character, but by locals, too. Kongens Have is one of the most beautiful and oldest parks in the Danish capital; its name is translated as the King’s Garden. The place dates back from the 15th century and it’s the perfect green-patched environment for a romantic walk, hand in hand, with your significant other. Or for an afternoon spent with your friends. Or for attending an outdoor concert. So, as you, me, and (hopefully) the tirelessly traveler are realizing, this is the ideal excuse to relax and enjoy these precious, grandiose sights.
