The Grounds is an amazing café and restaurant complex that opened in Sydney, Australia, in 2012. They’re known for their hands-on approach to food. There’s a small farm and garden onsite, complete with adorably-named animals.
They’re known not only for their amazing farm-to-table food, but also for their amazing coffee. The coffee beans are hand-picked from growers all around the world and rotate weekly. Their menu, which also changes weekly, is designed to complement the coffee, and is delicious in addition to being extremely photogenic. While you’re there, make sure to try the flat white – an espresso topped with microfoam instead of regular foam, which was invented in Australia.
