The Best Ice Cream Shops in the World

Murphy’s – Dingle, Ireland
Another ice cream parlor that prides itself on using local ingredients is Murphy’s, in Dingle, Ireland. There, they use local Kerry cow’s milk, cream, and eggs to craft a delicious base for Irish-themed flavors like Dingle gin, caramelized brown bread, and sticky toffee pudding. Their first shop opened in 2000, and soon after that they opened an ice cream laboratory, to test flavors and serve as a launch pad for three other shops, which later opened in Killarney and Dublin.
