Macau, known for its gambling culture, has attracted literally billions of dollars in foreign investment over the years, and it seems like a lot of that money is being poured into superior healthcare research and development. The average lifespan is 84.46, with women having a life expectancy of nearly 88 years.

When it comes to life expectancy, Monaco has everyone else beat. Most residents live an affluent lifestyle, and practically all worker occupations are very well-paid, enabling everyone to afford the best health care services and eat a consistently healthy diet. Women born in Monaco are expected to live a stunning average of 93.7 years, while men reach a comparatively lengthy 85.7. In Monaco, at least, it appears that money really can buy you some extra years of life.
