6 Peculiar Things to See in Nuremberg, Germany

6. Merks Motor Museum
This is another not-very-typical museum I advise you to visit. It’s rarely crowded, yet extremely interesting.
There are about 90 vehicles (motorcycles included, yay!) and, besides that, some little exhibitions covering miscellaneous items from the past era, such as Triumph typewriters, a ‘50s kitchen, telephones, radios and so on.
The place is in fact the private collection of Herr Claus Merk, a car collector from Nuremberg.
I absolutely loved this eclectic hidden gem and I can’t wait to get back and visit it again. That’s what I call a lucky discovery!
