You’ll Never Think Anywhere in the World Is Cold Again
Winters in Canada get amazingly cold, especially in places like Nunavut, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan where the temperature averages -30 degrees Celsius in winter. People living in Quebec and Ontario like to complain about the “lake effect” making things cold in winter, but it will never compare to the northern Territories.
