3 Questions You Should Ask Yourself Before Traveling Long Term
Coping With Uncertainty Pt.2
Sometimes problems arise and you get stuck in a place — I’ve just had that in Vietnam because of Tet, the Chinese New Year. Or sometimes you fall in love with a place and three days easily become 10 — it also happened with me, and if you ever go to Langkwai in Malaysia, it’ll happen to you too!
Traveling is a beautiful thing, but I have seen my fair share of couples fighting all the time; of friends calling home and crying their eyes out and of people getting super stressed because the bus got a flat tire and we had to add another two hours to the trip.
Still, even if you go through all of the above, you should really be thankful, because you’ll learn more about yourself and realize that every new trip will be better as you’ll grow as a person and learn to appreciate the little things in life.
