These New Zealand native treats are in the shape of sticks and remind people of musk perfume, although they have a similar taste to mints. Hence the name, Musk Sticks. Simple, right?
Once you get used to the strong smell, musk sticks are actually a nice palate cleanser after a heavy meal. Their playful white and red colored stripes remind people of peppermint candy canes, except these candies can be found all year long.
