Tomato juice has an unhealthy level of salt in it. A small can of tomato juice contains 47% of your daily intake of sodium. Couple this with an environment that dehydrates, and tomato juice will leave you feeling even more parched than before.

And yes, this means that adding vodka to your tomato juice is a doubly bad idea given the dehydrating effect of alcohol.

Thus, when in the air, stick with a vodka and water. (You didn’t actually think I was going to say water straight, did you?)
