8. Lawrence of Arabia – Jordan
The epic desert scenes of this classic film were shot primarily in the deserts of Jordan near the Saudi Arabian border. Movie lovers and tourists alike will be blown away by the beautiful red cliffs of the Wadi Rum, also known as The Valley of the Moon, that set the tone for this timeless classic. In order to see any of the famous buildings, however, you will have to make a trip to Seville, Spain where you will find nearly all of the ancient architecture featured in this film.
