7 Must Visit Food Cities From Around the World
| June 1, 2016
Buenos Aires, Argentina
Move over Lima, Buenos Aires is the new gastronomical center for South America, and justifiably so. It’s easy to eat like a king, dining on some of the world’s finest steaks and sipping on some of the world’s best wines, all on a peasant’s budget. I know that statement is going to receive eye rolls from many foodies, but hear me out.
Buenos Aires has morphed into more than just steak. The recent trend of “closed door restaurants” is helping to transform the food scene. Not to mention the strong Italian influences in the country that are often forgotten when describing Buenos Aires food scene. This city won’t leave you crying.
