| May 19, 2017
Nuit Blanche
Nuit Blanche (which is French for “White Night”) takes place every year in Toronto, and is a huge arts and culture festival that lasts for 24 hours straight. Different cultural institutions, like the Art Gallery of Ontario and Royal Ontario Museum, have programming that lasts all night until morning, but there are also tiny pop-up exhibitions and immersive experiences all over the city that people can visit. Nuit Blanche has been going on in Toronto since 2006, and regularly attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors. This year, it takes place on September 30.
