The Best Distilleries in England

Chase Distillery

Chase Distillery was established on the Chase family farm in 2007, and since then has been producing unique vodkas and gins made exclusively with potatoes and grain from their Herefordshire farmland. They call this process “field to bottle” and boast that no other liquor company can supervise their ingredients as closely as they can. Unlike many other small distilleries, they offer close to a dozen different varieties of vodkas and gins, including a lemon marmalade vodka and a Seville orange gin. They offer several tours a day, which are paired with a tutored tasting run by one of their mixologists.
