Indie’s Ordeal
Hollywood actor Harrison Ford might want to rethink taking any more “Solo” flights after his recent brush with death. The Indiana Jones star left Santa Monica airport in his vintage World War II-era monoplane only to have the engine lose power shortly after takeoff. Unable to turn back, he instead crash landed on the 8th hole of Venice’s Penmar Golf Course in a move that some say potentially saved several lives while risking his own.
Star Wars fans needn’t worry though; Ford only suffered a bump on the head and quickly returned to work on the much anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens in which he’ll be reprising his role as Han Solo. Maybe he should just stick to flying the Millennium Falcon. That hunk of junk could survive anything.
