Robyn Gardner

Six years after Natalee Holloway vanished, another American woman went missing from the same small Dutch town in Aruba. A 35-year-old Maryland woman named Robyn Gardner told her boyfriend she was going on a “family trip,” but instead went on a romantic getaway with Gary Giordano, also of Maryland.

Investigators didn’t believe him and Giordino was held in an Arubian prison for four months before being let go due to lack of evidence. Giordino has since suggested that perhaps somehow Gardner was a victim of “human trafficking.”
