Dunluce Castle
On the very tip of Northern Ireland sits Dunluce Castle, a ruined Medieval castle that’s only accessible via a rickety stone bridge. The castle sits on a rock that’s incredibly steep, so explore at your own risk.
Dunluce has been in ruins since the 19th century, when the north-facing wall collapsed into the sea. After that, the owner’s wife refused to live there any longer. The castle is currently in use by HBO on their series Game of Thrones, where it doubles for Pyke, the seat of House Greyjoy.
