Akasaka Mansion
While it may not have intentionally started out as a haunted mansion, the Akasaka Mansion (now referred to as the Hotel MyStays Akasaka) quickly gained a reputation for being the most haunted place in Japan. Guests have reported seeing ghostly figures staring at them from the edge of their bed, and have also claimed to have been surrounded by a ghostly white mist as they walked through the hallways.
One woman even claimed that a ghost dragged her out of bed by her hair and threw her across the room. To see for yourself, visit the hotel in Tokyo – just make sure you have alternate sleeping arrangements, in case you get too freaked out!
