San Francisco may have once belonged to hippies, but it’s since been overrun by yuppies. More than 45% of San Franciscans can say they hold a college degree, which is no shock considering the city has been designated as the hot new location for tech companies.
Let’s not conflate intelligence with common sense though; we’re not sure how smart it is to shell out $3,500 a month for a one bedroom apartment.
