Get your mind out of the gutter. Located in Georgia’s Decatur County, the city of Climax boasts a humble population of 280. It may be geographically small, but it’s also incredibly high. Climax, Georgia, is located at the highest point of the Savannah to Chattahoochee railroad.
Thus, the city earned its name honestly. Still something to laugh about though.
