Feijoada
A classic — black bean stew with pork trimmings served in a clay pot. It is customarily served with kale, white rice, farofa (fried cassava flour with bacon) and some sliced oranges. The majority of Brazilian restaurants will serve it on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
